DELIVERY / TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Flat rate delivery cost within area shown £250 (please enquire for further afield)

• Normal payment terms 40% on order, with balance within 7 days of completion. Failure to keep to our credit terms may result in loss of credit facilities, regardless of any prior approval of credit we may have made, we shall be entitled to full or partial payment in advance, if we so require even for work which may be covered by the warranty.

• All goods remain the property of Wellington Security Products until paid in full.

• We endeavour to complete works is a timely manner but cannot be held responsible for delays in completing works, howsoever caused.

• In the event of any dispute, a maximum retention of 5% of the outstanding invoice is permitted. We expect you to advise us immediately of any issues and allow us the opportunity to resolve. Once settlement of the dispute has been agreed, any sum then outstanding shall also be payable in accordance with these payment terms.

• All prices shown are exclusive of VAT.

• Unless otherwise stated we offer a 2-year parts and 1-year labour warranty against faulty installation or manufacture. This warranty commences when the goods are delivered to site or three months from the initial invoice, whichever is sooner. The second year of the parts warranty is dependent on the gate having been serviced and maintained correctly as set out in the manual supplied with the gate.

• We can provide PAYG SIM cards with the GSM products however we always recommend our customers obtain their own contract voice and data enabled SIM card for GSM intercoms.
